At GlowStrip, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Your request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)


Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • Your request is made more than 3 days after delivery

  • The dissatisfaction is due to delayed shipping out of our control

  • Results vary based on individual use (we do not guarantee whitening results for every user)


How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contact@glowstrip.co with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Photo of the unused product (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (if applicable).
GlowStrip is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments — we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

 Note:

We do not offer refunds on products purchased through third-party resellers.
Refunds are available only for purchases made directly via our official website.
